Fifty percent of ChemCon´s employees have an academic grade (Ph.D. in chemistry or biology). Besides that ChemCon eallemploys only certified technical assistants. A small administrative department guarantees a fast and easy-to-do-business-with handling of all customer needs. Altogether the ChemCon staff stands for innovation and service on the highest level.

We are especially proud to announce that in 2003 ChemCon has started an apprenticeship program that gives young people the chance to become certified laboratory assistants.

Dr. rer. nat. Raphael Vogler, was born in Tuttlingen (Germany). He has studied chemistry at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and received his doctorate degree at the Inorganic Chemistry Department of Dr. H. Vahrenkamp. As founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChemCon, Dr. Vogler is the head Business Development and primarily responsible to represent the company. He is one of the founders of the BioValley Deutschland e.V. and an active board member. He has also been involved in the formation of the Drug Discovery Net.
Dr. rer. nat. Peter Gockel, was born in Spellen (Germany). He has studied chemistry at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and received his doctorate degree in 1995 at the Inorganic Chemistry Department of Dr. H. Vahrenkamp.cAs founder and Chief Scientific Officer of ChemCon, Dr. Gockel is responsible for Project Management. Furthermore he is the head of ChemCon America Inc.. He represents the ChemCon interests in the American market.
