Team ChemCon

It’s the people who make the difference

We believe it’s the people who make the difference. People with long-time experience, versatile expertise, and curiosity. People, who enjoy the challenge to find the best solutions. We are continuously bringing in new people, and Team ChemCon is currently counting over 130 highly qualified members of staff. A large interdisciplinary team of organic, inorganic, polymer, and analytic experts, complemented by chemical engineers and certified lab technicians, masters the broad requirements of our customers.

Experienced chemists are also forming our quality assurance, sales, and marketing teams, constantly improving our understanding of our customers’ individual demands and regulatory requirements. An efficient administration team takes care of easy-to-do-business and handles all your needs.

But not only our scientists are finding individual solutions for your challenges. Our chemical engineers are supported by a team of highly trained in-house technicians, realizing individual technical solutions for our customers in our flexible production facilities.

Last but not least, we are proud that we have been certified for apprenticing since 2003. We give young apprentices the chance to qualify as certified laboratory technicians, with a long-term perspective as a member of Team ChemCon.
